So here it is you bullies.

I've designed it 'thin' so if you've got 1024 or more pixels width you should be able to arrange all 3 windows sort of like this:-

I hope I've made everything clear but if there are some errors or I've missed something out it's because it was a rush job.

I've included a manifest template and a full 9 image icon file for your experiments.
