RQPortable info: FIRST OFF: This aint PortableApps.Com (TM) sanctioned code! I have not (yet) contacted them to see if they are interested, at all! They probably wont be. The RQPortable.bas code, compiled, works on my desktop (F:\ - XP) and my laptop (E:\ - Win7). That is all I have tested so far. It appears to work ok, but more testing is needed. Notes: 1. I have included Layout.jpg to show the directory structure I have used. I have tried to keep it in-line with other portable apps. My launcher exe should be placed in the PortableRapidQ folder. It will "FIX" paths in FreeQ.ini, if the drive has changed, and then launch FreeQ IDE editor. 2. FreeQ IDEa & RapidQ installs are the current versions. Just copy your versions to the folders designated. 3. I have included a copy of FreeQ.ini when used as the F:\. The program/file paths are pre-set. The launcher will automatically update these if your flash drive is in another drive. Any path to the C:\ is not altered. 4. I have not looked at Rapidq.inc, but think it should be ok "as is" I don't use it. 5. If you require NViewLib.dll or Jpeg.dll for an exe, you will need to make your own arrangements. Rgds to all Don
